Weight loss challenge - week 3

Hey Ya'll!!!

This is going to be a quick update of my weight loss challenge. I'm down 1 more pound!!!! Yayyy!!! I'm down to 202. I'm still on the same regimen...lots and lots of water, nuts and fruits for breakfast, salad for lunch, regular dinner but just in moderation and I exercise at least 3 times a week. Hopefully by October 31st I'll be 10 pounds lighter :)
